Production Operator

Operate and monitor machinery involved in the production of solar panels. Including but not limited to photovoltaic cell manufacturing, soldering, encapsulation, and testing equipment.

Monitor production processes, equipment parameters, and environmental conditions to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to specifications.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.

Participate in safety training sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of safety measures.

Assist in the handling, storage, and movement of raw materials and finished products within the production area.

Work collaboratively with team members, engineers, and supervisors to achieve production targets and resolve any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.

Adhere to all JA Solar and OSHA rules and regulations at all times and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds.

Meet or exceed company safety standards.

Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management.
