Material Coordinator
Major Responsibilities:

Oversee the transfer and proper distribution of raw materials across all external warehouses.

Coordinate with logistics for vehicle docking and transfers, ensuring optimal vehicle allocation to prevent waste or shortages.

Manage vehicle coordination for the transfer of finished products from the factory to external warehouses and oversee the receiving process.

Supervise the shipping process from external warehouses, including packaging, pre-loading inspections, and vehicle loading.

Ensure the safety and accuracy of all warehouse inventory, conducting regular audits to maintain alignment with records.

Maintain communication with external warehouses regarding inventory reconciliation, stock reports, site visits, and appointments.

Handle all other necessary communications and coordination related to external warehouse operations.
Minor Responsibilities:

Ensure that the storage areas for JA raw materials and finished products in external warehouses meet 5S standards.

Conduct routine inspections of warehouse inventory, reporting any damages or abnormalities in a timely manner.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies between inventory records and actual stock in the external warehouse.
Performance Standards:

Ensure 100% accuracy of external warehouse inventory records, matching actual stock.

Limit material transfer delays causing production stoppages to fewer than two instances.

Prevent production stagnation due to untimely finished goods transfer.

Maintain material transfer error occurrences below two instances.
-
Ensure zero shipment delays due to poor coordination.
Job Requirements:

Education: College degree or higher.

Experience: Minimum of two years of practical experience in warehouse management with strong communication and coordination skills. Experience with WMS or similar warehouse management systems preferred.

Skills & Training: Relevant training or background in warehouse material management.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
