Material Coordinator- Finished Goods
Major Responsibilities:
- Oversee the transfer and distribution of finished goods from the factory to external warehouses.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure proper vehicle docking and optimal allocation to prevent delays or shortages.
- Manage the receiving process for finished products at external warehouses.
- Supervise the shipping process, including packaging, pre-loading inspections, and vehicle loading at external warehouses.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure safety, accuracy, and alignment with recorded stock levels.
- Maintain communication with external warehouses regarding inventory reconciliation, stock reports, site visits, and scheduling appointments.
- Handle all necessary communication and coordination related to external warehouse operations.
Minor Responsibilities:
- Ensure storage areas for finished goods in external warehouses meet 5S organizational and cleanliness standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of warehouse inventory, reporting damages or abnormalities promptly.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between inventory records and actual stock in external warehouses.
Performance Standards:
- Maintain 100% accuracy in external warehouse inventory records.
- Limit material transfer delays leading to production stoppages to fewer than two instances.
- Prevent production stagnation due to untimely finished goods transfers.
- Keep material transfer errors below two occurrences.
- Ensure zero shipment delays caused by poor coordination.
Job Requirements:
- Education: College degree or higher.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in warehouse management with strong communication and coordination skills. Experience with WMS or similar warehouse management systems preferred.
- Skills & Training: Relevant background or training in warehouse material management.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
